Desire better sex? The solution is in your work out
Getting sweaty (outside the sheets) is a turn-on-science that is major therefore. Studies regularly show that workout equals a greater sexual drive and better intimate function, claims Mary Claire Haver, M.D., an ob-gyn at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
But, as it happens there is really an exercise that’s perfect for doing exactly that: resistance training.
First things first: whether you are a cardiovascular queen, diehard runner, dedicated yogi, or free-weight warrior, any workout is both healthy along with your sex drive.
