Rangers sign Ryan Kent from Liverpool for £7.5m on four-year deal

Rangers have now completed the permanent signing of Ryan Kent from Liverpool in a deal worth around 7.5m on a four-year contract.
The 22-year-old returns to Ibrox after a successful loan spell last year in.
Sky Sports News knows #6.5m of this fee is ensured and 1m is at add-ons.
A 20-per-cent sell-on clause is also included in the price, that Sky Sports News understands to be significant as a belief is at Liverpool that Kent will go back into also the Premier League along with England at some time later on.
Through the summer Rangers have made it known they wished to advance Kent and later Leeds had a last bid of 4.5m rejected the afternoon prior to the English transport window shut, manager Steven Gerrard revealed that Kent was his No 1 target.
