Jo Harten inspires Loughborough Lightning to British Fast5 All-Stars Championship title

Jo Harten Motivated Loughborough Lightning to the British Fast5 All-Stars Championship title as they beat Wasps Netball in the final.

The England shooter mesmerised the audience with her accuracy along with her long-range shots from the zone.
Harten, that took home the MVP award, scored 40 points throughout their Power Play against Wasps in the title-deciding contest. Her work along with the exceptional defence of Lightning to be able to deliver the last victory.
This has been so much fun, explained Harten after the full-time whistle.
I never play with a smile in my head but this type of women have been electrical this whole day. The audience have been electrical too, what a feeling.
Im 30-years-old now and I feel rejuvenated. We have got 18/19-years-old working tough to get us the ball, young players and it has been absolutely team effort. It has been a chance to pull the Loughborough purple .
Lightning, who won the contest in 2017, flew out of the Elimination around with victories over Manchester Thunder, along with the side they would meet again Wasps, in the closing.
With the contest format dictating two successes delivered an automatic spot, Lightning had a chance to rest-up before falling upon this competitions surprise package – Celtic Dragons.
Dragons was a real force under the guidance of head coach Tania Hoffman and were making their debut in the championships.
Their charge was led by shooter Lucy Herdman with array and her optimism and Herdman game caught Serena Guthrie that was a part of the Sky Sports demonstration team in the Copper Box Arenas interest.
Dragons had an opportunity to throw their using a three-point shot the last play at 35-33 down it just bobbled off the rim.
Wasps opponents were Surrey Storm, that also proved to be a dynamic force in London, since they were passionately driven on by their manager of netball and participant Mikki Austin.
The last-four stumbling block for them proved to be Rachel Dunn as the England international found her five-point range during their semi-final which led to the 35-28 scoreline which favoured Wasps.
