Robert Whittaker and Yoel Romero will play it back again, as the two fighters will do battle for the next time in the main event of UFC 225. Whittaker, who won the first match at UFC 213, is the -260 favored with Romero coming back in +200.
The first fight between Whittaker and Romero played out as many people would have predicted, together with Romero winning the early rounds because of his explosiveness and wrestling while Whittaker’s aerobic vascular and quantity striking ultimately won him the fight in the subsequent rounds.
Whittaker has not fought since UFC 213, as he suffered a staph infection, which derailed a title defense against Luke Rockhold in UFC 221.
Romero stepped into the sneakers of Whittaker and stuffed in to compete against Rockhold. Romero won that fight using his striking more than his wrestling, as his ability obtained to Rockhold and led to yet another third-round stoppage success for”The Soldier of God.”
